AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using Snofu's Campgrounds, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") and all referenced terms below.

1. REQUIRED AGREEMENTS

1.1 NEODRAPE Engine License

Snofu's Campgrounds runs on the NEODRAPE interactive website engine. By using this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the NEODRAPE End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the underlying engine technology.

You must agree to the NEODRAPE EULA to use Snofu's Campgrounds. The NEODRAPE EULA can be found here: https://snofu.art/Neodrape/LICENSE.md

1.2 Third-Party Open Source Licenses

This project incorporates various open source software components. By using Snofu's Campgrounds, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following licenses:

MIT License - For components licensed under MIT
Apache License 2.0 - For components licensed under Apache 2.0
BSD License - For components licensed under BSD variants

2. SNOFU'S CAMPGROUNDS LICENSE

2.1 Permitted Use

You may:

Play and interact with Snofu's Campgrounds for personal entertainment
Access all game features and content as intended
Share your experiences through normal social media and communication channels

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract game assets or code
Send malformed data to the server, different from what the client is designed to request
Harass other users or engage in inappropriate behavior
Use the game for any commercial purpose without permission
Distribute or redistribute any part of the game

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 Game Content

All original content in Snofu's Campgrounds, including but not limited to graphics, audio, text, and game design, is the sole property of Snofu. Characters included in the campgrounds include original designs owned by Snofu, and third-party designs, owned by respective commissioners or collaborators. 3.2 User-Generated Content

Any content you create within the game (screenshots, recordings, etc.) may be used by you in accordance with fair use principles, provided you do not violate any other terms of this Agreement.

4. PRIVACY AND DATA

Your use of Snofu's Campgrounds is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at: https://snofu.art/legal/PRIVACY.html

5. DISCLAIMERS

SNOFU'S CAMPGROUNDS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL SNOFU BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SNOFU'S CAMPGROUNDS.

7. TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Snofu's Campgrounds. If we find you to be in violation of this license, and persist in using Snofu's Campgrounds, we may revoke your access to the Service.

8. GENERAL

8.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the referenced NEODRAPE EULA and open source licenses, constitutes the complete agreement regarding your use of Snofu's Campgrounds.

8.2 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.

8.3 Updates

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
